The order was placed on the 28th, and by the 29th it had already been collected and shipped, it was in transit for just over 2 weeks. The order was packed perfectly, in a cardboard box that was wrapped with black postal film. The order included a branded gift bag, branded gift box, and a product care napkin. The charm itself was packed in a thick bag with a zipper, and the product has an S925 stamp and logo. It's delightful, completely matches the description and photo, even better in person, a delicate pearlescent flower, I'm very happy with this purchase.
