- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Customized or personalized charms are non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect due to our error.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow time for the funds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect product was delivered.
