Minors

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision‑making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you, including:
- Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions (persists for a short period).
- Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses (persists for a short period).
Selling Personal Information (CCPA)
We do not “sell” personal information for monetary consideration. We may “share” personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising as defined by California law. You may opt out of such sharing using the opt‑out links above or by contacting us at support@athenaie.com.
