Return & Exchange Rules

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • Customized or personalized charms are non‑returnable.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after inspection.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are not returnable unless defective.

Default service: USPS Ground Advantage (with tracking; Signature option for high‑value items). Prepaid labels are provided for approved cases.

  • Transit: 2–5 business days
  • Insurance: Included up to carrier limits; higher coverage available for eligible items

United Kingdom UK

Low‑cost options: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (recommended) or Evri Standard.

  • Label: Generated via Easyship when available, or customer‑paid label at checkout
  • Transit: 2–4 business days (Tracked 48)
  • Tip: Use drop‑off at Post Office or ParcelShop for convenience

For UK returns, we prioritize domestic routing to our designated UK return point when available; otherwise returns are directed to our U.S. hub for consolidation.

Canada CA

Low‑cost options: Canada Post Expedited/Regular Parcel (recommended via Easyship).

  • Label: Generated via Easyship for approved returns
  • Transit: Typically 2–7 business days based on province
  • Tracking: Full tracking to our return hub

If a Canadian domestic hub is unavailable, returns may be routed to the U.S. hub for consolidated forwarding.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, color, or design? Select Exchange in the portal. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.

Do I pay for return shipping?
U.S. quality‑issue returns are covered by us. For remorse returns, customers may bear postage per our policy. UK/CA returns can use low‑cost domestic services via Easyship routing.

How long for a refund?
