This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on ATHENAIE (operated by Moondara Inc.) are processed, shipped, and delivered. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary due to carrier or customs factors.

At ATHENAIE, every piece is carefully crafted and inspected before shipment. This policy explains processing times, carriers, delivery estimates, tracking, and common questions so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing time: Typically 1–3 business days from the time you place your order. Some popular styles may be ready to ship within 24 hours. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take a little longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

United States US

Default service: USPS Ground Advantage (with tracking). Signature service may be used for high-value items.

  • Transit: 2–5 business days (remote areas may vary).
  • Insurance: Included up to carrier limits; higher coverage may be available for eligible orders.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, peak season, or operational delays.

International Shipping Global

We ship to most countries worldwide.Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. or China warehouse, based on availability and destination. Some shipments may be consolidated to provide faster delivery and better international shipping rates.

  • Transit: Typically 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs.
  • Duties/Taxes (DDU): Most international orders are shipped DDU. Import duties, taxes, and fees may be collected by local customs/carriers and are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
  • Addresses: Please provide a full street address in English; PO Boxes may not be supported by some carriers.

Order Tracking
  • A tracking link will be emailed once your parcel ships.
  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

Address Changes & Cancellations
  • We process orders quickly—contact us as soon as possible for changes.
  • If an order has shipped, we may not be able to update the address.
  • Cancellations are possible before fulfillment begins. After dispatch, please submit a return upon delivery via Returns & Exchanges.
Delivery Issues
  • Lost in transit: If tracking has no movement for 10+ business days (domestic) or 20+ (international), contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier investigation.
  • Damaged parcel/items: Please photograph the packaging and item(s) and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Marked delivered, not received: Check with household members/neighbours and your local carrier first; then email us for support.
  • Undeliverable/returned to sender: We can reship to a corrected address (additional postage may apply) or refund the merchandise price less original shipping.
Preorders & Split Shipments
  • Preorder items ship as soon as they become available; the product page will show the estimated window.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
