The clasp of the bracelet is very hard to open. I also want to mention that returns are NOT currently free, even though I was under the impression from the website that return shipping labels would be provided. I later found out after messaging Athenaie that they are still in the process of setting up U.S. return labels. In the meantime, the cost of return postage is nearly half the price of the items, which makes returning it out of question. I hope Athenaie can improve clarity and make the return process easier in the future
