The order was placed on the 28th, and on the 29th it was already collected and shipped, remaining in transit for just over 2 weeks. The order was packed perfectly, in a cardboard box that was wrapped with black postal film. The order included a branded gift bag, branded gift box, and a product care napkin. The charm itself was packed in a thick bag with a zipper, the product has an S925 stamp and logo, matches the photo. This purchase disappointed me a bit; the blue zircon is poorly secured and moves around. I need to go to the jeweler. Otherwise, this charm is delightful, the blue color is calm, not bright.
